Appointed as a Project Marketing & Sales Consultant to restructure and rebrand the sales & marketing strategy in early 2005, that had been set by one of the international property consultant. With the new marketing strategy, we sold 70% of the total units within 6 months. We managed to continue selling the project during Bali downturn period until the end of 2006, by having several exhibitions in Malaysia, Singapore, USA and Hongkong. This project was fully operated by the end of 2006.
