Appointed as the Project Marketing & Sales Consultant to restructure and rebrand the sales & marketing strategy in early 2005, that had previously been set by an international property consultant.
With the new marketing strategy, we sold 70% of the total units within 6 months.
We managed to continue gaining sales for the project even during Bali’s downturn period, through to the end of 2006, we attended several exhibitions in Malaysia, Singapore, USA and Hongkong.
The project was fully operational at the end of 2006.
